Après quelques semaines calmes en Normandie, me voilà arrivé dans le Var pour entamer mes six premières semaines de préparation pour les championnats du Monde de Duathlon longue distance qui se disputeront le dimanche 04 septembre à Zofingen (Suisse).
Ici les conditions sont idéales pour avaler les kilomètres, mais attention à la déshydratation ;-). La course à pied se fera plutôt à la fraîche de bonne heure ou en début de soirée!
Je profite d'un très bon accueil des clubs locaux, ce qui me permet d'avoir des créneaux d'entraînement en groupe et de découvrir de nombreux parcours.
Premier week-end de passé avec un peu plus de 200km au compteur vélo et malgré quelques petits ennuis de dérailleur arrière, tout est maintenant opérationnel et je commence à mieux me repérer :-)
Alors il n'y a plus qu'à...
